We’re confident you’ll love using ReelsWP and get real value from it. But if you’re not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 100% refund within 14 days of purchase—no questions asked.
We may politely ask for feedback to help improve our product, but you are not obligated to provide any reason.
A Few Quick Notes to Keep in Mind:
- Refunds are available only within 14 days of your original purchase.
- Refunds do not apply to license renewals or upgrade purchases.
- If you request a refund, we may ask for a chance to resolve the issue first.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who misuse the service or act in bad faith.
- Refund requests are handled via email or support form and responded to within 2 business days.
Auto-Renewal & Subscription Policy
ReelsWP Pro is offered as a yearly subscription. Renewal is optional—but recommended to keep access to updates and new features.
Here’s what happens when your license expires:
- You’ll lose access to download the plugin and future updates
- Any dependent add-ons or modules will also become inaccessible
- Upon renewal, all associated downloads will be restored
About Automatic Payments
If you pay via PayPal or Stripe, an automatic payment profile is created. This means your subscription may be renewed automatically unless you cancel it from your payment account.
Important:
We do not refund automatically renewed payments. You are responsible for cancelling auto-renewal before your renewal date.
